Bridge of Prayer.

Ahem people..no this blog is not dead. It's just taking a very, very, very(very) long nap. Hopefully me and my other fellow bloggers will be posting more often (nudge nudge). I think this is a very lovely song. I like it a whole lot. I'm sure most of you have heard it. But it reminds me that even though we maybe can't be together and helping each other along, we can pray for each other. It really is the most we can do. Any ways, here you go. (P.S. Lets pray for dear Cherisha, yey!)

Bridge of Prayer

Intro: (D)-(G)-(A)-(G)

Verse 1
I want you to (D)know how much you (G/D)mean to me,
I hope you will (Em)see all that you've (G)given to (A)me
By just (D)having, having (F#m)you in my (Bm)life.
And I've been (Em)thinking of how much I (G)miss those special (A)times …

Verse 2
Of sharing God's (D)Word wherever we (G/D)happened to be,
Loving simple, little (Em)joys that made (G)life more com(A)plete,
Holding our (D)hands to(F#m)gether in (Bm)prayer.
Oh, I just (Em)wanna say thank you for (G)all of the time we (A)shared.

Chorus 1
And (D)now, far across the (Bm)globe
I (D)still can feel your (G)prayers,
They're (D)with me every(G)where I (A)go.
And (D)now I no longer (Bm)cry;
The (D)Lord has shown the (G)way
To (D)ease the miles of (G)space:
We have built a (Asus4)bridge of (D)prayer.

(G)

Verse 3
So many (D)times you have put a (G)smile on my face.
And when I was (Em)feeling down, you'd be there to (G)brighten my (A)day.
I want you to (D)know the (F#m)blessing that you (Bm)are,
For you will (Em)always have a special (G)place in my (A)heart.

Chorus 2
And (D)now, far across the (Bm)globe,
I (D)still can feel your (G)prayers,
They're (D)with me every(G)where I (A)go.
And (D)now I no longer (Bm)cry;
The (D)Lord has shown the (G)way
To (D)ease the miles of (G)space:
We have built a (Asus4)bridge of (D)prayer.

(G)

Verse 4
Now I (D)pray for the Lord to (G)lighten your way,
Fill you with (Em)grace, strengthen your (G)soul, bless your (A)faith.
And one (D)thing I (F#m)pray that I'll (Bm)be
Is (Em)all to you that (G)you have been to (A)me.

Chorus 3
(E)Now, far across the (C#m)globe,
I (E)still can feel your (A)prayers,
They're (E)with me every(A)where I (B)go.
And (E)now I no longer (C#m)cry;
The (E)Lord has shown the (A)way
To (E)ease the miles of (A)space:
We have built a (B)bridge…

Chorus 4
(E)Now, far across the (C#m)globe,
I (E)still can feel your (A)prayers,
They're (E)with me every(A)where I (B)go.
And (E)now I no longer (C#m)cry;
The (E)Lord has shown the (A)way
To (E)ease the miles of (A)space:
We have built a (B)bridge
Of (E)pray(A)-(F#m)-(B)er.

(E)-(A)-(F#m)-(B)
